The Gastein cable cars such as the Schlossalmbahn or the Stubnerkogelbahn usually operate until the end of October or the beginning of November and take hikers comfortably up to the viewing platforms.

Yes. Our 22-metre infinity pool is heated to 32 to 34 degrees all year round and is open daily from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm – with open views over the Gastein Valley. The natural swimming lake, heated with geothermal energy, invites you to swim into late autumn at temperatures from 22 degrees.

Yes. From the hotel you have direct access to the Gastein Valley hiking network – to rustic alpine huts and along the ridge trails around Bad Hofgastein with views into the Hohe Tauern National Park. Several times a week, our hiking guide Christian also accompanies you on guided insider tours.

In autumn, freshly harvested, seasonal produce from the Salzburger Land comes to the table – creatively refined by our kitchen team in the daily 5-course menu. Alongside, you can enjoy coffee specialities from our in-house coffee roastery, fine wines and, in the afternoon, homemade cakes and small snacks.

The Gold.Stollen is ideal: 420 tonnes of natural stone, a constant 42 °C and high humidity – soothing for muscles and airways and perfect for regeneration. The panoramic sauna (90 °C), the herbal sauna (approx. 60 °C), the cold-water pool with waterfall and the heated infinity pool complete the experience. In six treatment rooms we also pamper you with massages.
